Got some question to make a decision (some are annoying as hell):

- you can not re-order the FX in glitch seq?
- there is no reverb, delay in glitch sequencer, ALL FX are already there in the synth, why not there?
- you can not choose the same FX again, no stacking?
- why the Synth is asking for a pattern in drum seq, is that always or just in Ableton? (in a YouTube presentation)
- are the pull down menus scroll-able, or do i need to click always? (in a YouTube presentation)
- this guy click twice on a step in drum seq and for activating the FX, is it not one click? (in a YouTube presentation)
- the LFO visual feedback is not smooth? (saw in your presentation)
- all these waveform modes, do i really need to click, not scroll? (saw in your presentation)

Finally, what synth is better for a person who got a lot of vst-synth, which one is outstanding in your opinion?

Because it works differently from the technical side as the normal effects.
The glitch sequencer is an additional effect that exists besides the effect section.

- you can not choose the same FX again, no stacking?
You can stack up to 3 identical effects in the effect section. You can also route to the effect parameters in the matrix.

- are the pull down menus scroll-able, or do i need to click always?
You can scroll with the mousewheel

- the LFO visual feedback is not smooth?
It is smooth. Icarus3 comes with hardware acceleation. Try the demo.

I answered to your PM.

This is not bug in our software. It is a known issue of the DAW. It does not support the resizing of VST2 plugins properly. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do from our side here. You must refer to ImageLine for a fix.
As a workaround you can use VST3 or AU version instead.

Yeah i'm using that but there's a difference between Icarus's white noise and Vital's white noise.

Ah i made a mistake. There was a bit of volume difference. Now it sounds pretty similar.

To create white noise:

1) Click init->init patch
2) Click on Osc1 synthesis mode. There switch None/partial to Noise->White
3) Switch off the equalizer

I found these settings useful for the majority of the sounds I designed for Icarus.
A synthesizer is a musical instrument and not a scientific equipment. It does not need to be linear. It needs to be inspiring and needs to sound good. Please note: Most analog circuits aren't linear. The human ear also isn't linear at all.
