This is the largest Nexus update by far.

Is this 1 100 new presets on top of the old presets?
I mean if I buy Nexus5 and I don’t have the older versions, do I get “only” the new presets? 1100 is quite a lot, but just curious about the old presets.

Yes, you get the old presets as well. If you just buy Nexus 5 you get about 5200 presets (don't quote me on the exact number). Mind you, Nexus is getting close to 20 years old, so some of the sounds are quite dated. When installing it will be optional to install all the old stuff.

What are the chances we could get a 'hide preset' feature at some point? I think my nexus has way over 10k presets and 80% of them I wouldn't mind hiding from the library because as mentioned, there are a lot of dated presets in there and also a lot of similar sounds (supersaw leads anyone?).

I've added it to our issue tracker. It won't happen for 5.0, but we will consider it for a future update.

I see some Moog Model 15 presets in their new factory content. Can anyone from reFX tell us, if they’ll have samples from Manuel’s Oberheim Matrix available in N5 ?
Or either which expansions I should check out that have samples for their Matrix ?
