Can't track down sample rate issue

Hey all,
I've tried all kinds of stuff, read the formus, check videos, etc., and I still can't figure out what's going on. So far, nothing I've tried works, and it shows up in a few different ways, so I'm not sure where to go from here.

I'm using a Waveform Free that I downloaded a few years ago (maybe back in 2021?). At one point, everything was working fine. I run through a behringer 204 interface, into a basic Dell that has all of the necessary specs to run it (it's not a work horse, but it served it's purpose up until this issue started).

I've recently noticed that when I now export audio, everything is slightly faster and half a step up, which would seem to indicate some kind of rate issue (from what I've read-- obviously I'm not an expert, so if you have other ideas, let me know). I've checked rates on my computer settings, my DAW settings, export settings, etc. and despite trying everything I can to ensure they're matched, I have the issue at both 44.1 and 48. I've ensured that my input on the daw is through the ASIO driver at the correct khz.

The issue also shows up in importing audio to Waveform. Specifically, my band will track drums to a different computer during our sessions. I export those drum tracks (which play fine through most audio devices) into Tracktion, and they end up different speeds, pitches, and lengths. Again, I've checked all of the settings I can think to change, and I can't seem to track dow the problem.

Is my best option just reinstalling a new version of Waveform, or do you think the issue is with my computer settings? I was trying to avoid completely wiping Waveform. Any help on this is greatly appreciated!
