any way to automatically cut up loops in bulks Into 1 shots a d save as wav in a folder?

IME Reaper offers the most precise auto trim/split audio item function via amplitude dependent region detection with leading and trailing millisecond save zones.

yeah, I use reaper to stretch and chop and rearrange loops/loop parts.
there's a render command structure for rendering to disk as files REGIONS.
probably you should ask on the REAPER forums, how to render separate regions to disk as separate files.
I know how to do it, but it's really hard to explain for me. But the first thing I did was to assign a shortcut key I like to assign a selection to a region.
So I just select what I want, press the key, and then afterwards, render the regions to separate files and go look for them in the system OS folder.

The whole process only takes a few seconds, but editing the keypresses took longer on a different day.
I think I assigned M to mute item, J to insert marker and shift-J to insert region. I use R for reverse item.

I think the command to research is in here: I'm getting results in this window:

I forgot to add that I use D for dynamic split (chop at transients) sometimes instead of alt-drag right edge to stretch the loop to fit the grid. (and chop on the snapped grid)
