i downloaded the last version and i really like the synth, the randomization is a lot of fun, with this, Vital and Zyklop your imagination is the only limit

Your MSEG is unipolar. Set it to bipolar. You might want to use MSEG2 though since MSEG1 is your VCA envelope as well.

Ohhh okay, I didn't realize the unipolar/bipolar settings in the envelope page and the matrix were two different things.

It's still a bit needlessly confusing in my opinion, but I understand how it works now.

I agree that it is confusing. Yet the current state is a trade off between functionality and compatibility of presets over more than 5 years. Take into account that changing this logic would change the sound of almost all presets. So a tricky compatibility mode would be required.

you can set the directories yourself, for the user.... it the latest version....
set an author, or make a subdirectory in the user directory... that is my way, i do both, to get my presets....

EDIT: problably you saved them in the factory directory? it can be saved there, in earlier version it was that way.

but most simple way;

create a user directory
make a sub directory (or more)

use the tags, and the author tag

to find your own presets

once incorporated it is very logical

when i save preset is not showing it in the preset browser and there is no load button to try to load it that way

in the Presets settings you can set 'author'. for all presets. handy...
also you must or must... change the name of the Preset in Presets....

than save to the directory of choice... i saved it myself a preset, now, to check if it was the version or something else. all worked well...

version 3.4.5... will check with 3.5.... didn't had the latest the version on the system i am working now...

yes i checked those preset options that you showed me, overall the UI is a bit confusing to me with all those tabs and little buttons, i like the sound, it is very capable synth but i found sometimes it uses a lot of CPU for no particular reason, it is not well optimized and the UI is not great to work with, well, will zip it for the archive for now
