Ableton support TERRIBLE / AWESOME!!!

I just logged out of my Ableton account and tried the "Forgot password?" link in https://www.ableton.com/en/login/.

It sent me to this URL, hopefully it works for you:

But when i click on that second link, and then press the "reset password" button, i come to this (see below) page, which makes no sense. And if i press the "forgot password" link, i just go in a loop to the same place again.

Check your gmail account (everything including spam) maybe when you press 'Forgot Password?", they send you a link to your email account.

Thanks guys, at last i got it fixed, something wasn't right over there, they needed their IT department to look into it, but now i'm happily logged back in to the forum!
