It took us two weeks to integrate with their system. We get (free) Paddle engineering help (unlike DR paid help) and our monthly income get paid in several currencies every 6th to 8th of the next month.
Paddle is so much more ahead of what Digital River was before the ultimate scam.

Mostly you get "order.canceled" that is even not visible in the control panel but customers see the error when try to order and the reason for failure is RISC.
When you get the order.canceled hook do you get any customer data such as name, email address etc?

Maybe this makes a difference too...
Someone else has reported the exact opposite, so that sales dropped dramatically after switching from DR to FastSpring because of rejected customers

Generally better checkout experience not leaving the main website. Taxes included for all countries except US and Canada excluded. All currencies accepted with auto-conversion.
FastSpring generally rejects russian customers and cards only (due sanctions)
All rejected orders can be manually verified by customer service (good service) but there has been only few sucn an issues.
After all MyCommerce already had one star in Trust. Pilot and bad reviews and scam accusations before their recent scam. I had customers that said hey would buy if other options than My Commerce was provided.

Yes, you get all the information (customer, email, product...) in the order.canceled hook.@DKSoft
When you get the order.canceled hook do you get any customer data such as name, email address etc?
One of the support calls was related to a rejected order - FastSpring after that whitelisted the customer's email and the customer reordered with success.
The problem is that some customers will not respond to your emails and they are lost because of such order rejection.
Rejecting happens all the time with all MoRs and some MoRs will not even give you any notice or possibility of a hook to know this - e.g. in Stripe (and probably also with other low-level payment providers - not MoR) you always see if the order fails and you also have the possibility to tweak fraud check rules.
Generally, MoRs reject more than payment providers. So we are losing a lot of money this way and we don't even know how many orders get rejected.
