Has anyone received any messages or answers to support requests from izotope lately?

I contacted them several days ago concerning a product license, but haven't heard a single word from them since then. It seems to me that support requests submitted via izotope.com are no longer taken care of, in other words: that the original izotope support is dead.

I presume this has to do with the fact that they have been acquired by Native Instruments.
