Lots of filter resonance, automate the filter cutoff or modulate with a LFO. I think I hear a sub-oscillator two octaves lower.

Bounce to wave a synthesized Baseline as close as you can get. Add Fades to each and every note until you get it

Tim, what waveform type and filter would you suggest?
Start with a square and see if you can find maybe a WT that is a square/saw shape to shift between the two, I'd say 75% square, 25% saw. Filter 24, experiment with any ladder type filters with rez around 50%. Have filter decay be around 600-700 ms

Here is my recreation of the bass using Serum:

I started from init preset saw waveform and manually edited the wavetable harmonics to get similar spectrum.

Then added 9 unison voices and a bit of detuning. Filter is 'MG Low 18' with 70% resonance. Filter cutoff was automated in DAW to match the original sequence. I used external effects to add a bit of gated reverb and delay.

Did you add a sub in the preset or this only one solo oscillator, why i ask is because when i push up resonance on a moog type filter the bass totally dissappears but in your excellent example here you still have quite a nice bass response in spite of the high resonance!

No, I didn't add a sub.

In Serum you can set the FAT knob in filter section to some high value and it will automatically compensate for the loss of bass when resonance is increased in Moog type filters.

However, in this example case the resonance setting is not changing, it's fixed to 70%. So, if you are using some other synth that does not have the automatic compensation, you could easily compensate manually by just increasing volume. You would get pretty much the same result as with Serum's FAT knob.

In my example I used Drive = 33% and FAT = 36% in filter section.
