No payments anywhere, no refunds triggered even though I haven't canceled... it's frustrating. I'm going to cancel now - there's no point. Only a few people seem to be receiving the payments. Others have remained dry since July...

I rejected their 16 Oct contract on 25 Oct and also asked to close my a/c. I also rejected the 6 Jan contract the day it was announced. However, it took them until 29 Nov to even acknowledge my request for a/c termination -- and it still hasn't been done.

Today they sent me a "Payment Advice Note" saying they'd pay me what they owe for my September sales, but no money has actually arrived.

Today I received a Payment Advice Note from a different domain, accpayableemea[at]digitalriver.com, so I am sharing it with you.
We are a Japanese company. We have not received payment since July.
They appear to be willing to pay the total amount up until September, when we stopped using their service. The total amount is less than $10,000.
The contract is still ongoing and has not been closed. (It is intended to end soon.)
KYC and due diligence were completed in July 2024, and the request made again in November was ignored.
We did not take any measures such as refunding customers, but simply watched with almost resignation.
I hope this shows that there is hope for us as small owners.
I will let you know when I receive payment.

Notice and actual arrival on the account never were perfectly linked - the money may only be there in the late afternoon. In our case it was the opposite - no email notice but payment on the account already this morning

No payment notice by email, but on our bank account I just saw they finally paid the September period this morning - minus all the crazy support and platform fees of course...
No payment since June, and no payment notice Email since June.
But still getting the Creditnote statements every month. Since November the Excel sheet with the individual sales is missing in the Creditnode emails.

I would prefer that they simply declare insolvency and stop to feed people with hopes distributed by strange lottery...

That's exactly how it is... only a few get anything. The rest are left empty-handed... but it gives hope to those affected... they let the contract continue... and continue... they keep paying for support and the platform... instead of canceling. Because after 180 days at the latest they have to pay out... it's like plague and cholera... A HUGE MESS!!! I would love to drive to Minnesota and really get started at the headquarters...

Yeah, the trust is gone, no matter if the pay something out of mercy an much too late.
Business-partnerships need to be 100% reliable and with competitive conditions, otherwise people move on to the concurrency

Both isn't the case anymore with DR.
It has become both the most expensive and the least reliable of all MoRs in the market during the months since June

People don't wanna HOPE each month that they get paid.
They want to happen this 100'% reliably every time and always IN time. Otherwise the trust is gone.

...plus a minumum of USD 2'500 for payout. If you cut sales before this amount (in fact has to be $2'600 because of the new $100 platform fee), you won't be paid anyway

Our account is more than 5K per month for aug and sep. no payment notice and no money deposited to our bank yet. only received July payment. Finished KYC last month.

This is amazing, but I got paid for September today. It seems they initiate the payment on the 10th of every month now. It's funny, but some stability has appeared!

I just checked and still nothing received. I'll check each day this week I guess.
I've now received a 'Monthly Payment Notification' and now (13 Dec) I've received payment for my September sales.
