So it's a 70-days model now. They should adapt the master services agreement accordingly.

Why not a 180 days model? Or 365 days model?
Since nobody really needs the money they earned in a forseeable time (irony off)

What is your payment method and country? And is it more than 10K?

Thanks

We see stability too — stable nothing from Jully.

I also got a payment today. Hard to find out for which month, because it does not line up with the credit notes. But at least some money is here.

Could you mind sharing the payment method, country and the amount? This might helps finding out the pattern for actual payout.

Thanks

SWIFT, Asia region, more than 10K. I think it is important that I passed the KYC a year ago due to a change of bank when DR worked smoothly, and this time, they did not require the KYC from me. Probably now, they cannot process tens of thousands of KYCs, and for this reason, there are delays for those who have been forced to pass the KYC recently. I hope that everyone will be paid sooner or later. Otherwise, they will not pay anyone.

if that is the case then they should send out proper communication to their business partners. And send qualified replies to support question. They do nothing, which makes the chaos worse.
And they started charging us for the chaos they are responsible for.

Thanks.

We are in Hong Kong via bank transfer (swift), and don't receive the payment of Aug and Sep till the time I am writing this post. Most importantly, we completed the KYC last month.

I'm just trying to guess what's going on there. Communication is necessary in such cases, of course. Maybe they don't understand how critical this is for vendors.

But yeah, you're right, basically. This is some kind of a mess.

Yeah, that's why almost everyone left.
Somehow it seems that they actually WANT us to leave...

And for July, did you receive payment?

We received the July payment via bank transfer. No payment since then.

But don't know when I can get the September payment.

It should be there already when I read the contract correct and you are over the minimum payout of 2.5K.
Sept 30 + 60 days is elapsed
