Is there any app available for analysing and providing feedback on musical performance?
For example if I was learning a guitar solo; the app would record my performance; compare my performance and provide feedback.
Is there anything available that has these features?

Related to what? Musical expression, exactness, sound, speed...? How should the outcome of the app be presented? in percentage (you made it by 80%) or as visual output as a graph? How could you interpret this then?

This sounds like a job for an instructor, in person.
An app can't meaningfully comment on your bad playing/practice habits, improper form, picking patterns, hand positions, posture, breathing, mental blocks, etc. just by listening to a recording, no matter how much AI you cram into it.
(an app could tell you "hey you tend to screw up this bit in particular" sure, but without knowing why you tend to screw up that part, your attempts to self-correct might be misguided, and could actually end up reinforcing bad habits)
