I recommend that you make screenshots of all communication. It might be useful later when it ends on court. For those of you who are from Germany and also send an "Einschreiben" to their Colongne address. Did it get delivered?

We charged at least 2556 USD (13.82 hours now and up going) for 3 accounts KYC and one correction letter of bank transaction for July payment. They messed up the bank account holder name, lol.

Payment has become an act of mercy, it's not anymore a contractual obligation in their eyes.
And they shamelessly take horrendous support fees for fixing their own issues and for breaking contracts.
This is no company ANYONE wants to work with.

Still no. Received the payment notification 18 hours ago, money not credited yet either via bank transfer (HK) or payoneer (US account).
We checked the past payment records and based on that, the money should be in our account at the time I write this reply.

I just got email from "MyCommerce"
"Order No. **** for "1 year renewal subscription for updates FastReport .NET Professional Edition Single License",**** ***** [ORD]"
As I wrote before - we did not agree and we did not sign new MSA 6.3. and 6.4 (and we sent this notification to support center)
We disabled all the sales and products in DR service.
When they stopped payments we made refunds to our customers. And they blocked our CP.
As I understand they turned subscriptions back on!
This is pure fraud. They are going deeper and deeper.

We got the notification yesterday, but no money.
So I assume the script just run automatically as each month.
And as far as there was a bit of money on the bank account, someone got money.
But our transfer probably failed on insufficient funds.

It is being forwarded to their Frankfurt address, which is actually an office of "TMF Group", a contractor who scans all mail, does OCR and automatic translation to English, and uploads it into the ticket system.
That's what happened to my last letter at least.
