it's like 3 times more efficient than Tai Chi
also great workflow, pleasure to use, sounds pheuuernominal

i will never buy another reverb

probably
I think, that I am in the same area. And my feelings are the same as well. Think, that it will be my main reverb right now...

i looked at my reverb folder and thought of all the "ok" reverbs i've bought or received free. Some of them have character, most of them I rarely use nowadays. ALSO, some of them sound great, but are either unstable or discontinued... anyway i generally like to use Tai Chi. So now i have the same kinda mojo, just less CPU and less mid range chorus. BUT i have discovered that Cinematic Rooms Pro does chorusing also, so i think i'll be digging into it for a loooooooong time.
so I'll be selling off a shitload of reverbs very soon. For a start I have an unused license for Neoverb if anyone wants to swap for anything but reverb :P

I am also thinking to sell my Valhalla probably soon...

i abandoned valhalla a few months after vintage verb was released.
got tired of notching out narrow ringing bandwidths. and the guis are a bit cheapo clownshoes for my liking.

I have VV, Room, Shimmer and Delay from them.. I like the shimmer, but right now in Cubase 14 I have a stock shimmer. Regarding Rooms I have Cinematic right now.. VV is nice reverb... but I also have an amazing Super plate from Soundtoys and Fabfilter Pro-R2.. really don't know now about Valhalla... their Delay is really nice and simple. But my main delay is Echoboy...

Post

i don't have pro-R v2 but i use pro-R to put individual instruments and sounds into their pocket, so to speak. but i dare say i will start using CR for that now. maybe.
I shouldn't slag valhalla, they are good sounding plugins. And the fact they're still 50 bucks each is great.
Superplate is tempting, but after a long line of plate reverb purchases i probably could have just bought a friggon hardware one. I'm really getting off on Primavera spring reverb actually.
as with many KVR freaks, if you saw my plugin reverb and delay folders you would just wonder what the f**k was wrong with me. hey - i'm a reggae fan, reverb and delay kinda hold it all together :D

No kidding! I think many of us are in that boat. I just like collecting and playing with reverbs, I don't know why. I think I need a 12-step program.

Can someone post a link to the coupon optimizer spreadsheet everyone has been referencing?

Post

Appreciate the discussion folks, but none of that really helps with my original request for the spreadsheet link.

Post

It got buried by the original unhelpful (and subsequent) responses which sidetracked the original request for the coupon optimizer spreadsheet link. Thus we find ourselves in the current rabbit hole.

Post

I'd also like to get ahold of that spreadsheet also.

That link is somewhere in Vi-Control, it's better if you ask there.

Is this what they seek?

this list shows how to buy "all of them" => "for as little money as possible".

The "money spent vs. the functionality you get" factor is left out.
I´d much likely not buy in that order. Until one would want to shop it all in one go ;)
Well, anyway interesting to see it listed in that way.

i´d check which ones "i" `d want to have.
Then start your own count from there.
( nobody else and no list can do "that" for you)
i´d try to find my best way up towards CRP vs. what else is interesting "for me" (you)
"Plugin has turned Drug now"....and the business knows it.
