After migrating to a new WIN11 desktop, Narcotic cannot be activated.
Installation ok. I‘m logged in inside the Narcotic-VST, but it refers to two eLicenser, they aren‘t active. There is one other uptodate eLicenser active.
Did anyone get support from Lunatic Audio? I didn’t get a reaction from there…

I've also contacted them several times for a bit of licensing help but nothing.

Faced really lot of problems redeeming license bought from PB.
I also changed my pc because the last ended his circle of life.
Can't acrivate anymore.
The app isn't bad but the license system is a mess, and the guys not so supportive in my ecperience.

Just goty an e-mail telling me: question assiegne dto mr. Joe, and then none".

Had the same problems, and so have many others, judging by other forums / Facebook posts. It seems like the company has disappeared completely. I've asked Plugin Boutique to contact them, currently waiting for a reply.

But, thought I'd post this today as I'd just found something extra...

Doing a search on Facebook, gave a result of a post a few years back from a guy who is CEO & Founder at Sample Logic LLC and also CEO & Founder at Audio Plugin Deals, describing Lunatic Audio as their "sister company". I've messaged him asking for information, will post any response here.

No reply from this other guy on Facebook, or by email which I got from contacting Audio Plugin Deals. But I did get a reply from Lunatic Audio saying that they were responding on behalf of Plugin Boutique's request. And I was able to get the help I needed from them.

I suggest trying to contact them through their website. If no reply after a few working days, go through your retailer, asking them to contact them on your behalf as they will have the ability to reach them if they are still selling their product in their store. If you have any further issues such as...

... and then you still struggle to get a response after a few working days again, go back to the retailer explaining this.

If you got it from their website directly and can't get a response from the support form on there, I can only suggest to contact someone from a company related to them, as I mentioned in my previous message.
