IK Multimedia Product Manager doesn't accept the NEUTRON 5 free serial number I received in the KVR giveaway

So KVR sent me a free NEUTRON 5 serial code but when I go into IK Product Manager I can't paste it and if I copy it manually it says INVALID NUMBER

With past plugins there I haven't had any problems, but now even trying different combinations I can't registe.
I don't understand if I should put the "-" too or only the letters and numbers, because the code I received is like this:
SN-NEUTRON5ELE-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

As you can see there are 4 XXXX but in IK Manager there are 5, 8, 5 spaces for the code

so what's wrong? It's the code that misses some letters or else?

Neutron is an izotope product, afaik.

Neutron is an iZotope product so obviously it won't work in IK product Manager.

ahah yeah, to remember how too many plugins create so much confusion, and how little I care about staying updated with new things

(probably I did this mistake because I'm used to often download IK Multimedia free plugins lately, and few times from iZotope... it was a bit I didn't install anything from them. Great plugins by the way, I always use in my music)

I'll probably leave this post here... also because I don't think it's possible to delete, I can't find any option to do that. Should be more careful next time I post

I did it of course, I searched "why Ik Multimedia number registration doesn't work"...
