Trade it in for a newer generation.

What's your question?

You might have to get a TB3 to TB2 adapter.

Post

TB(Thunderbolt) 4 mostly won't work(with TB adapter) with old TB 2 stuff.

Don’t know about everyone else, but my Thunderbolt 2 Clarett 4Pre works fine on my Mac Studio’s Thunderbolt 4 ports via an Apple adapter. It has its own power which is something that the Apple Adapter doesn’t pass through. Rumor is, it will not on Thunderbolt 5.

Same here with my RME UFX+, I have the TB3 adaper connected to a TB4 port of my brand new Mac Mini M4 and it works.
I have no idea about compatibility with TB5, but I saw those rumors, too.

I don't know what's the current price of the Apple TB3 adapter, I don't know if it's more convenient to upgrade to a new audio interface (maybe USB3?). Clarett is a step up from Focusrite's entry level line, so maybe the TB3 adapter is worth the price, but I wonder about driver support in the long time (considering your interface is 8 years old and the Clarett+ line has been on the market for about two years, if my memory serves me well). It's up to you if the time you get by purchasing an adapter is worth the price of that adapter (it depends a lot on how frequently you upgrade, if - for example - you keep the machine behind, this is less of an issue...)
