But is DR doing anything positive?, i.e. transferring the money that is owed to you?
No guarantee that you get your money :( but IF you get a reply to your complaint via the Better Business Bureau in Minnesota, it's not going to be a fake AI with a fake random generated name and content reply, but from a real person. IF. Minnesota is where their headquarters is.

As usual, it is a type of excuse for delaying payout. The team is full of cheater from the top leadership to the support agents. The only thing we will do is filing a new complaint each day at BBB.

By the way, we filed a complaint at BBB yesterday and it was accepted this morning. It could be better if more people do the same thing.

Working via the BBB is a slow process as businesses have up to 10 days to respond to queries if I am not mistaken... for now Digital River has already lost their accreditation at the BBB. Hopefully you get a reply and your money soon. We did get a reply from a Digital River real employee via the BBB.

We have already filed dozens of complaints and reviews on the BBB, but digital river updates the profile every time to not display them.

Yeah... at least they are no longer accredited. The only real reply we got from DR was via the BBB, all the rest was bullshit / random answers. etc They don't even respect people by providing real information to them.

How can you tell if your Digital River/MyCommerce a/c is deactivated/closed?

I asked them to close my a/c back in October, but the only difference I've seen is that the link to the "solution center" has gone.

I have the exact same question. Do they send an email confirming the account is closed? Somewhere they mention keeping funds for 180 days. Is that in an email?

Somebody also said that the contracts are no longer visible in the control panel?

My account is locked out anyway probably to stop me doing more refunds - so I can't get into my account anyway - so how would I ever know if my account was closed?

There was a case created in the support portal with the acanned letter attached. It only sais that action from DR is required.
There was no reply or confirmation to me. I only found out that my account got deactivated when I tried to login yesterday evening.
They locked me out of the control panel. But they did not confirm my cancellation. In my letter I asked for confirmation as I always do.

Its German, it sais:
the account is temporarily disabled because they could not contact me.
Which is nonsense, they never tried to contact me.

Somebody else said the same a few days ago - That puts the 'ball in your court' where they can sit back and blame you that you have no control panel access. it will cost you quite a few dollars to 'Kontakt' them.

My login just says "Sorry, your Control Panel access is currently not active!"
