Maybe I did not use the correct terms in the title, but what I am looking for is basically:
You have an audio editor like Audacity. You lead a signal to the audio input, press record, you start seeing the wave signal appearing and the tune being recorded. I want the exact same thing, but without needing to press record. No matter if the wave is not kept permanently. I need something like this where you can zoom in and out of time ranges, like 1 sec to 1 min. So you monitor things in a similar manner like in a spectrum analyzer, you just analyze the wave this time not the spectrum.
Simple audio input tracker (analyizer)?
