No money received for August or September.
But surprisingly ordersupport@mycommerce.com answers within a few minutes with the requested invoice from order in June.

No payment for September, but there was payment notification on December 11, 2024. We have sent a payment demand (DR owes us 100K+), but so far, we have only received idiotic automated AI responses stating that our request has been forwarded to a competent employee. Our request to terminate the contract has been in the "in progress" status for four days, yet we still have access to the control panel. After the New Year holidays, we plan to initiate legal actions against DR.Please let me know if you

Some have claimed that DR plans to declare bankruptsy on January 31st (since until then the 100 million credit has to be paid back) - so maybe there won't be much time left for legal actions...vvk wrote: Mon Dec 23, 2024 10:55 amAfter the New Year holidays, we plan to initiate legal actions against DR.

Who are the "Some" you refer to? How would anyone know, in advance, whether a company plans on declaring itself bankrupt on a specific date?sft234 wrote: Mon Dec 23, 2024 3:15 pmSome have claimed that DR plans to declare bankruptsy on January 31st (since until then the 100 million credit has to be paid back) - so maybe there won't be much time left for legal actions...vvk wrote: Mon Dec 23, 2024 10:55 amAfter the New Year holidays, we plan to initiate legal actions against DR.

And you didn’t cancel your account with them? That’s really bad.Christian67587 wrote: Mon Dec 23, 2024 8:03 am We now have the trouble, that clients look for their invoices for past purchases and since I am locked out of the control panel, I can't even lookup it anymore. Clients are pissed.

Clients should be able to log in to the ShareIt/MyCommerce customer portal to get their invoices.Christian67587 wrote: Mon Dec 23, 2024 8:03 am We now have the trouble, that clients look for their invoices for past purchases and since I am locked out of the control panel, I can't even lookup it anymore. The Dec 11 payment notification was a lie as it is confirmed by their support team.

We apologize for the confusion caused by our previous email. After further review, we would like to clarify that the notification you received was sent prematurely. We are still in the process of awaiting approval for your payout, and it has not yet been processed.

I got a payment report for October, but as before I don't expect them to pay it soon.zccKlompf wrote: Tue Dec 24, 2024 1:46 am The Dec 11 payment notification was a lie as it is confirmed by their support team.

To me, it looks more like a skeleton staff that can't cope after moving everything to America?
Also, we don't know how much damage losing their 'Equity Firm' did.
It's still a load of bollocks though, hey!

I've dealt with PayPro Global (fine system), FastSpring (expensive), 2Checkout (still use them), BMTMicro (now my primary - they have been around along time and since I have a lot of large company customers, they work great since they give personal PO experience to those customers - not all this automated stuff). You should check them out, and should have more than 1 payment processor for times like this.

Is there an example of a company selling via PayPro Global?dfatkvr wrote: Tue Dec 24, 2024 11:36 pm I've dealt with PayPro Global (fine system), FastSpring (expensive), 2Checkout (still use them), BMTMicro (now my primary - they have been around along time and since I have a lot of large company customers, they work great since they give personal PO experience to those customers - not all this automated stuff). I'd love to see an example of how it presents itself to the buyer

On our web-site the main MoR is PayPro Global - you are welcome.

Thanks, but you have shopping cart and contact data on your own site, so we'd have to fill in data first to see the checkout page. I wouldn't want to mess with your processes in that way.

Sad to hear that, and the same here. You could feel better if you just forgot about this mess. We spent hours of additional time with the KYC and payment request. Got nothing except for the expensive but sh*t support. You might be lucky to get next round payment next month. But don't expect that too much.alexcmn1 wrote: Wed Dec 25, 2024 8:22 pm No payments since July.

Anyway, wish all a happy holiday!
