So now we must just wait until it will be abandoned product again for $1.

At least until they release "Orb Synth XXL" for $300 (upgrade only $200).

Orb Composer S was down to $29 through Black Friday times. I wish PB allowed text reviews, I would have entered "Be prepared to have an easier time building your own Linux distribution than correcting what this software does to your machine via its BONE MIDI implementation."

Looks like all of Hexachords, ahem, "Orb Plugins" are not available on PB at this time... maybe the cat is out of the bag?

Small update after some time.

ORB is dead.
Now it's LANDR!
So it's not ORB Synth X anymore, but LANDR Synth X.

I think it is attempt to sell the same products again under new brand, since old one probably nobody trust.

And nothing really changes.

Sadly, yes - and now it's free with a coupon. But even free, it remains one of the worst synths ever - it's just so thin-sounding and bland. Please do not get it for free or buy it!

Well, I would be happy to test it and see if there is ANY improvement over ORB SYNTH (not "X" version). But I don't want to start subscription, cancel subscription etc. just to get some coupon.

I think all that "LANDR Synth X for free" is suspicious as Synth X itself.

The reason that I subscribed to that and the plugins was that I was hopeing for special favors and I like plugin bundles. Looks like youtube music does not like samples anymore and they have removed two albums of mine from youtube/youtube music without telling me what song is flagging it. also am not sure if the major labels have different sampling rules from me or if it is some complaint by tic tok for having text to speech lyrics that are not pro chinese... wierdly enough my videos are still up for the same music on youtube it is just that it is released as playlists and the music is still up on spotify... landr may have taken a hit to it's business model from googles action so that may have something to do with why the marketing is changing a little bit.
