which are the largest over ear studio headphones
with the most space for the ears and of course with velour pads (or velvet if it is socially acceptable

My AKG K701s are pretty huge and spacious. I have five different headphones from AKG and BD and the 701s are by far the largest.

Btw I have austrian audio hi-x60 and they're pretty big, over ear
edit: but they do not have velour (or velvet) pads

But you don't use them for mixing/mastering? I have the AKG K701k here now, they have neither highs nor lows. If I mix until the highs are clear, they sound extreme on my other monitors. Also, the AKG 701k has no hold because the headband doesn't lock. No comparison with my top Superlux.
