There's a patch in v5 called majestic appearence (atmos) in the new v5 factory bank but you have to let go of the current note or it won't trigger the next. What behaviour is this? I am trying to make it legato.

maybe voice limit 1? Hadnt a chance to try it yet

This is the 3rd times I'm asking this, but how does one share 3rd party libraries as is? To I simply share the preset and sample folders and have them manually move them in the right place?

I ask because I don't know how long until the bank export feature will be finished.

I see Nexus 5 is out. The biggest change is that we can create our own patches finally? So I have access to all the source sounds of all the expansions I own or only a few of the source sounds I can use for creating my own patches?

And is it worth buying the special promo of the last 10 expansions too, or just only the upgrade?

You can use any sample in any of the expansions you own. Or you can bring in your own samples.

This really depends on the genres you create and if it lines up with the last 10 offered.

I’m a great believer in using sounds from multiple genres, potentially in all the wrong ways.

When I got Nexus a couple of years ago, I got the 10 XP version during the Xmas sale. For me it was the right decision. Only the buyer knows what they would or wouldn’t use.

That’s good to hear. I will definitely upgrade to Nexus 5 then. Going to check the latest 10 expansions now to see if I like them.

Don’t overlook the “Legacy” expansions. They’re dirt cheap with the sale ($15 for the first one, then $12 each when you add two or more. Lots of great material for rolling new patches with the newly open synth architecture.

Bigtone Signature 3 is a goldmine for exactly this. :tu:

Friends! Developers! Could you please make a skin N4? For quick sound selection, it is very convenient on it.

Anyone have an issue while using the computer keyboard as a midi controller, pushing the "S" key will not put out a midi note. I am on Ableton 12 and use my laptop keypad quite frequently and the S key will not put out midi. Ive checked on another system as well running Ableton and it does the exact same thing. If I click out of the synth it will start to work, I click back in and select another preset it stops working for that note. Other synths work no problem, only noticed this with Nexus 5.

The EULA reads as follows: "You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Us and Our partners, lawyers, staff, affiliates, successors and assigns (collectively, “Affiliated Parties”) harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable legal fees, related to Your violation of this Agreement or use of the Licenced Materials."

Does this mean that if there is a copyright infringement on the part of reFX Audio Software Inc. as for the Licenced Materials, then the user (licensee) will be responsible for this (not reFX Audio Software Inc.) if they use the Licenced Materials (for example, some presets) related to the copyright infringement?

The EULA reads as follows: "Under the Licence you may not and shall not, without Our express written authorization: [...] 6. create derivative works of, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, adapt, translate, transmit, arrange, modify, copy, bundle, sell, sublicense, export, merge, transfer, adapt, loan, rent, lease, assign, share, outsource, host, publish, make available to any person or otherwise use, either directly or indirectly, the Licenced Materials;"

Does this mean that the user (licensee) is not allowed to modify the presets sold by reFX Audio Software Inc. without such an authorization?
