i managed to give up on my initial unworkable idea in time to get something together after all, using some old patches i had made. some of them from my very first osc submission, four years ago! (probably modified beyond recognition by now though.) enjoy :p and happy new year!

Happy New Year everyone here is my entry for the month New Year which I hope everyone will enjoy.

I made my track using 13 instances of Vital in the Windows 10 version of Ableton Live 11 with the following plugins drum buss, EQ eight, color limiter, Glue compressor, Auto Filter, compressor, random, gated delay, reverb, Delay, Ozone 10, Utility, Youlean loudness meter2

Ouch ! Missed the deadline by a hair there. Unexpected plugin problems. Anyway, if anyone would care to have a listen, possibly even comment, I'd be much obliged. Some vocal bits all of a sudden started to exhibit weird warbliness. Leaving me stumped, thb. No obvious fixes to be found in the time available, unfortunately.

Made in Reaper using Vital 30 times for 16 instruments ( split voices, not hairs ! )

Light nipping and tucking at the track level by TDR Nova ( free and GE ) and ReaEQ
Somewhat delayed, here and there, by U-He Colour Copy and HY-Delay 4.
Also a bit personal care for the snare, courtesy of HOFA System IR-Verb
Drum bus nipped by TDR Nova, squashed by Limiter 6 GE and revitalized by Bittersweet Pro.
Put in it's space by Audio Damage EOS 2, U-he Protoverb and Valhalla Supermassive ( supported by TDR Nova, HOFA Pan, ReaEQ, a! A1 Stereo Control, and a couple of lowly mixers )
To then be assaulted at the master level by TDR Limiter 6 GE, Arturia PEAKS, Flux Bittersweet Pro and A1 Stereo Control.

Much was probably left undone that should have been. Feel free to point out any flaws at all.
