Is it possible with arturia master controller that 1 knob is able to change the value under the mousepointer

hello

synths have many settings so it is usefull when it is possible to move the mouse over a value in vst plugin and 1 endless knob on the arturia master keyboards can use to change the value under the mouse pointer.

with which arturia keyboards is that possible in kontakt , avenger , falcon ?. need not work in every plugin but at least in the big ones. maybe there is a standard for this and plugin developer can implement this. with NKS does it work ?
