i was gonna say - the native plugin version of Bassynth taking long time to code, but hey

i'm sure they're busy doing something cool.
don't discount my flugelhorn sample pack idea though.
maybe they're just drunk in Mexico :D

Post

Haha. My comment was pure throw-away speculation, but it’s probably a combination of all of these things + the standalone drumvolution/revolution stuff I hear they were working on :hyper:

Mexico sounds like a good option though

XO, Atlas or Rando would be better for this.
They've hinted somewhere earlier in this thread that they're looking into improved sample browsing, although potentially not via the "cloud browser" method which I'm personally a fan of.

Any news about updates? After last summer Wave Alchemy disappear completely.

It all seems a bit odd. I accidentally purchased the Drift library twice a few weeks ago, emailed support to try to get a refund on one of them. Never even got a reply. They used to be fairly good with their support...

It's the one criticism I have of WA.

They are pretty active on here when a new product is due out, or one has just been released.

But other than that, they are pretty much silent.

Post

Don’t personally care that they’re silent on here/social media unless they’re prompting.

Would care that they don’t answer direct support request emails, but thankfully I’ve been lucky getting responses from Dan.

YMMV of course.

What do you mean. Any news? :scared:

Post

‘Tumbleweed’ moment or period, is English slang for no action, or an uncomfortable silence :P

I'm kinda surprised by this. They have always been very quick to reply to my emails.

Maybe send a follow up.

The worse part about the silence is they gave us a roadmap.

I emailed them three times over 2 weeks about my purchase, and they never got back to me either. Not even a simple bot reply.

Post

Wow, not known such a quiet communication period in the Triaz development space….
