I haven't received my sales from MyCommerce for July through October. I have been locked out of the login panel after refunding a few orders. They are scammers and thieves. Can anyone tell me what I should do?
I have some subscribers, so I left them late. I unsubscribed all users yesterday and refunded Nov and Dec. Got blocked today.
How to get them to pay me?

I have now filed a criminal complaint:
- not paying owned money according to contract
- ignoring or rejecting emails, letters, registered mails with complains, termination of contract.
Or they just fill their support system and post some sentences without any anwser to the email/letter/inquiryt
- charging high fees for so called support (None of my cases have been closed, except one which has been deleted, too)
- invalid contract as Version 6.3 was not available before it got activated

I don't think the police will investigate this case (though I could be wrong). Relations between companies are governed by civil law, not criminal law. However, it would be great if Kasoff & Co. were punished.I have now filed a criminal complaint:

Their behavior is highly criminal...guys delete all your products, let them earn nothing, of course close your support issues too

Same problems with me. I must say though that eventually I did receive my payments. However, by the time I received them I completely lost my trust to them so I switched to another vendor.
My problem now (and as I see many others) is that I want to terminate my account and want nothing to do with them but its not easy. They keep sending me invoices for services I do not use and support which they do not reply back. Another user asked the question but most probably there is no reply.
I asked to terminate my account a month ago, I got no reply (apart from the one that they have forwarded it to the right department) I sent them 3 times since then and no reply. HOW can someone terminate the account if they just ignore you? Is there an alternative? Is there something we can do? What I wish to avoid is they come after 6 months asking for the money for their services and the support. I know its stupid but they are sending invoices so in theory you need to pay them.

Samer here. I terminated the agreement with a letter to their Cologne address. The letter was uploaded to the support portal and a case was created. My account to the control panel got deactivated, but I assume this was due to refunds which I did.
However, I did not receive an invoice or balance report for December yet. Maybe this is related to the account being deactivated.
I am not a lawyer. But I have terminated my agreement and they received the letter. Its uploaded to the support portal which is a proof, and their mailing partner even stamped it with a date.
If they delay the termination this is their problem and not mine. And I will not accept and platform our support fees for upcoming month after they received my termination.
My letter was in German language, because my initial contract was with ShareIT in Germany in German language. If they can't understand and transate it and don't follow up this is also not my problem.

So you actually used the old fashion way.. I do not see why they would bother read this instead of the support portal but in any case you did what you had to do it seems. I will do the same. Will remove all my products immediately, write a letter, screenshot the conversation in the portal (as it is not a proper email and they only have copies) and hope for the best. The fact that you did not receive an invoice is positive. Thanks for your reply

I did it the old fashion way because I have recorded delivery from the German Post (DHL).
They don't have an own office in Germany anymore. All their snail mail is getting redirected to the TMF group in Frankfurt. This is a service provider which receives and scans the letters. They then get stamped and uploaded to the Solution Center. This then is another prove of receipt for us.

did the same. If you have subscriptions then make sure that you deactivate them and move them over to your new provider.

I have also received email from them which I think it can be used as proof.
"We have forwarded your request to terminate your account on MyCommerce to our internal team, We'll keep you posted once we have an update."
The email has date, my company's name and its safe in my inbox. This is the only email I got from them at 12/02/2024 (more than a month ago) they have done nothing to actually delete my account but my desire of doing so is clearly there.

Your MyCommerce account, which is important to us, has been deactivated because you did not complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process required by December 31, 2024. Despite our previous reminders on September 17th, September 24th, October 15th, November 13th, and December 17th, we have yet to receive your documentation. There will be no payouts until the KYC is completed.
