Universal Audio UAD 1.
Nothing else even comes close, including Waves and Powercore. Costs less than either also.

It depends really very much on the kind of effects you want and what you intend to do with it. Isn't it so?
If you already own a license of Waves, so you have allready a whole battery of FX. Probably more than you ever will need or really use in your tracks!
Did you already explore the possibilities with this bundle and discover all the magic inside? It needs some time ...
An a little question:
W.t.f of your work needs effects "terribly" as you say? I don't understand this, cause I never saw productions, which were dependant of an endless effect stacking ...
Maybe you got a wrong imagination (illusion) here?

1) get to know what you have
2) decide what other FX you need (e.g. "a better compressor for drums", "a wacked out sound mangling thing"...) and try a demo
3) or decide you want to be a gear slut instead of making music.

Yeh, Reaktor is pretty amazing. I have about 40 excellent effects in all categories. Plus, I can make my own with a little effort.
