Does this mean that the user (licensee) is not allowed to modify the presets sold by reFX Audio Software Inc. without such an authorization? Is the user allowed to turn the knobs without such an authorization?
Their Eula says in a kind of complicated way that you are not allowed to Rent out or let anyone else use your license.
You are also not allowed to make Sample packs from their products and sell them or change the code in the program.

They just used an awful lot of words with the same meaning to make a few simple points more complicated to understand.

You are allowed to make your own presets and use them in a song so it is not illegal to make your own sounds for your own use inside of the program.
The song you make with their products is also yours and can be used commercially.

Issues can be resolved out of court, not even being disclosed to the wide public. Maybe there were some out-of-court agreements, which you know nothing about?

Why are you talking about private use and commercial use, not mentioning non-commercial public use?

What I'm asking myself right now is, "Why did I ever decide to respond on this thread at all?"
