Extract:Dialogue: Managing phase distortions and destructive interference

I noticed in the setting section of Extract:Dialogue, that the user can toggle between the current model and previous versions. When I run my audio through the 1.2 version I noticed there were less artifacts/distortions. I don't know if that can be attributed to one or both of the new features introduced with 1.5 "Managing phase distortions and destructive interference". Is there a way to continue to use the 1.5 model and disable these features to test into how they effect the quality of the output?

Has anyone heard any news on when the next version might be released? I noticed that hance continues to improve their models, which leads me to wonder when those improvements will be backported into Extract:Dialogue.
