We have filed a lawsuit against DR through our lawyers in the Mahngericht. Let's see how things develop. DR is not responding to requests to terminate the contract and is simply ignoring our letters and inquiries through the support portal.

Guys, delete all your products from the platform, don't let them just take all your money, close your support issues except the one for closing the account, nothing good will come to you from DR

Have you gone through the KYC procedure? The open question is whether they will keep charging their fees after deactivating our accounts, for sure they will do... so boring.

I did KYC 2023.
They charge me fees. But all products are disabled since mid October and I am locked out of the website since 1st November 2024. And now I get updates to some support cases about asking for my money every few days.

My KYC was confirmed in november. They're no longer using that as an excuse to hold the payment.
Instead, they blame the 'slight delay' on their internal accounting team because they're waiting for their approval to add my account to the next payment cycle.
According to their Master Agreement they should have paid within 30 days after the statement date.
I received the statement for the July revenue on August 9 but the statement date is August 1, so they should have paid me on August 31. The 'slight delay' is more than 4 months.

Close your support cases and request immediate termination of your contract, can be with a new support request.

Cleverbridge has some monthly minimums, but if you have enough volume they're a great option. We switched to them a few months ago and have no complaints.marc5974 wrote: Tue Jan 07, 2025 6:01 pm Hi,

I'm the same. Was wondering if anyone who still has access to their account had received any email notification of the new contract - or are we expected to see it in the contracts area of the control panel menu.
Anyone seen the new contract? Anything interesting in it?
