Thank you! Thank you, unfortunately I read all of the forum posts, looking for answers.
That somehow is called IKM Product Manager and it's a bugfest. I'm a software developer, I know when I see buggy behavior. I'm playing by the rules, trying to install everything with the default settings, and it messes it up every single time.
I just wanted to follow up to share that this helped me solve one of the issues I was having with my installation, so thank you for those details!bjm4tt wrote: Wed Jan 08, 2025 6:03 pm Maybe one thing, which might be useful for someone else: when I specified a custom soundset folder in the IK product manager app, it installed all the soundsets in the very same folder, which is not the right way, they should be installed in separate SampleTank 3 and SampleTank 4 folders. When I installed to the default location (Users\Public\Documents\IK..), then the manager app did create those separate folders.
