I love overused loops too.
dont bother with filtering, use the loop "as is"
you can use heavy side chain compression à la limite...

Just do like they did 15 years ago. Don't think, just do. Trim the sample so you only have the screams, and stick it in your song. Eventually you will not hear anything but the screams, even without filtering.
