When new physics opens up does it open up new ways of synthesis incidentally?
What are our current modes of synthesis based off of? Is it simple computer language code irrespective of physics? For instance, I can't think of anyway directly atleast quantum physics or einsteins theory of gravity plays any role in understanding of synthesis, however, indirectly, we can see how quantum mechanics leads to computer chips and hence aids synthesis.
What actually is the point of synthesis, is it to make pleasing sounds, if so, this seems kind of subjective so perhaps new synthesis will be born when objective physics advancement meets subjective areas of research from physchology.
Just ranting
