I made a new minor intermediate build that will expire on March 1, 2025.
If anyone uses Reverside in the work and needs a new build please email me.

changes in 0.9.0.212
• The effect of CROSS parameter was reset on changes to some other reverb parameters.
[Bug fixed] Thanks to Michael Seipel for catching the issue and detailed report.
• The frequency grid values no longer overlap when modifying frequency scale
with mouse wheel
• Improved manual in PDF format with images

I also made some basic web site:
https://devproaudio.com

I am working on a new major build that will support
improved UI, full UI localization, full control over colors, font sets, resizable UI in AU version, improved stability and much more. The new build is expected to be ready by xmas 2024.

Hey, just checking in, wondering about the new build?

Also, you hsould change your name from 2ca to DevPro or whatever else you would go by, seeing as I doubt you'd want to be seen as representing 2caudio anymore!

How about '2B or not 2B'?
Anyone who can make you believe absurdities can make you commit atrocities.

"You've heard of 8-minute abs?"
"Yeah sure"
"Well check this out! 7-minute abs!"

"You heard of 2cAudio?"
"Sure, yeah"
"Well check this out! 2bAudio!"
It's a whole letter grade better!

Next from 2 = 3.
Next from C = D.

3dAudio is a good name!

:-) I'll change the name later.
the new build is comming soon. I've implemented a lot of new stuff so it all needs some more debugging.
I've added a UI localization support, I'm wondering if anyone needs UI in other language?

Vogon, please.
THIS MUSIC HAS BEEN MIXED TO BE PLAYED LOUD SO TURN IT UP

I just need it to fit on my prehistoric 1080 screen. :)

4D is better, because time is a necessary dimension here.

yes, release this year.

The reason for slow pace with Reverside is that it's UI is based on my new UI rendering engine, which I've been working for more than 2 years, it's getting close to completion now.

This new UI rendering system is universal and allows non-programmers to make apps (with or without audio i/o) and plug-ins with UI like Reverside (and even better).

UI is described as a set of yaml (ie text) files. one can see this by looking inside /skin folder of Reverside. this set of yaml files could be loaded into a good AI system to create great looking apps/plug-ins simply by chatting with AI and guiding it, like one now can do a web site this way (devproaudio.com is an example) And it renderes completely on GPU and one can even code their own shaders.

And the next step is to do the same for midi and audio dsp processing and then anyone can do their own custom audio plug-ins (or apps) using AI.

I'm thinking of making this system available to public.

Sounds exciting! Lots of other cool possibilities with AI generated yaml or other config files.

thanks so much, I really hope all the best for your new business Denis, of course I dunno the background and what is true etc but i view things from releases/support etc. and i see no effort from the other guy sadly... so yeah im very optimistic and hope this gets succesful and if all is true that you get repaid for all your efforts with new customers etc. :tu: !

That’s a lot of work and progress made up to this point Denis. You have the support of an entire community of previous 2ca customers behind you. It’s great to know that your unique vision and years of experience aren’t going to waste. Thanks for not giving up despite the challenges of the past.

And while the anticipation is absolutely killing me, I’m confident that you’re bringing something special out of the ashes and into our DAWs once again. I believe that our patience is going to be rewarded and that the release version of Reverside will be totally worth the wait. :tu:
