Hey everyone,
I’m curious how other producers seek out feedback, especially from outside their usual genres. I’m working on a platform called Beat Critique (beatcritique.co) to connect producers with pros across genres for detailed critiques.
We’re currently in pre-launch, so the add-to-cart buttons are disabled until January 15th, when we officially open for requests.
What do you think makes feedback truly valuable? Do you stick to your niche, or do you look for input from other genres? Would love to hear your thoughts!

I do not actively seek out external feedback for any part of my workflow. If necessary, I perform a thorough analysis, review any insightful criticism, then manually implement changes if any. I hold onto my niche at all times.djtypebeat wrote: Sun Jan 12, 2025 2:44 am What do you think makes feedback truly valuable? Do you stick to your niche, or do you look for input from other genres?
