Hi guys,
I am looking to buy myself some new monitors and would like to get from a store I can return if needed but also don't want to buy from somewhere that is going to be a pain or have bad customer service.
Who would you advise out of Gear4Music, Thomann or Bax Music.
Bax, seem to be the cheapest, but reading some horrible review, however there seems to be bad reviews for all. G4M looks the best, they also offer 10 year warranty.
Wondered if any has any experience or advice please?
Thanks.

Thanks. Gear4music are slightly cheaper for what I want but don’t have free returns. They have an interesting 10 year warranty though. Don’t know if it’s as good in reality though? They don’t have fantastic reviews. The best seem to be Thomann.
Bax, looks shocking.

Surely if your priority is returning, and its Thomann, you're going to have to send back to Germany?

Avoid Bax at all costs. I was doing research on them and from what I read they seemed to be barely one up from a scam. Doesn't matter how cheap it is if it never arrives.

I was recently considering buying from Bax, but was put off by the ratio of negative reviews. It seems most people have a good experience with them, but when things go wrong the support isn't there.
Every day takes figuring out all over again how to f#ckin’ live.

I returned something to Thomann last year and can confirm it was free.
Finding a drop-off point was a pain though - they use DHL Parcel and all the drop-offs around me only accept DHL Express, which is apparently a different service.

Considering Bax: I'm dutch and I've ordered from them multiple times. They're certainly not a scam and I'll order from them again in the future. They're also not great..their support isn't very fast, and I've had to mail back and forth several times before they understood their mistake.
I'll just say this: if I moved to the UK I wouldn't consider them as a possible vendor.
I would order at Thomann from anywhere in europe though, in a heartbeat.

I have mostly bought from GAK, Andertons and Thomann with no issues.
