Interesting. It definitely sounds good.

I like all the parameters included. After porting some of my favorite Breeze 2 reverbs patches, I struggled getting things to match. The closest (with what I have) was using Fabfilter’s R2, but then I lost individual control over modulation. Plus, R2’s control over decay can be a bit strange as it’s 4 different ways that can impact the decay… which is great and not great, as it’s also 4 different ways to muck things up.

From using Softube’s other plugins with the same UI theme, I wish Softube would add a way to change the font size on their interface. I find the font fuzzy at different view settings, but otherwise, it is super clean.

yawn. softube has become very, very boring lately.

It sounds decent. Oldschool digital. I appreciate the width control. Shame there's no ducking though. CPU seems about the same as Raum.

The UI is a fail. Half of it is a completely pointless graphic that can't be turned off, and the fonts are small so I need to increase the size til it's almost full screen.

At twice the price of Valhalla during the intro period and three times the price at RRP it's an easy pass for me, as it doesn't really offer me anything new.

I do like me a bit of reverb, so I could be interested. But Softube are on my avoid list and I can't remember why...are they iLok?

Yep, I don't mind iLok but I know a lot of people don't like it.

I don't like their name.
If it were Hardtube I'd be interested.

Hardtube? That sounds like a website for...

...you know what? I'm not even going to finish that sentence.

Hoping you mean this figuratively and not literally...

Post

Lube is very palatable. It slides down like...errrrrr...lube. Especially the curry-flavoured one.
