Damn, nice evolving track! Sorry I missed this and looking forward to your “challenging” new release!

Wow that was nice! That bass really is gentle but full.

Oh, and the drifty bit that follows it
Oh, and the drifty bit that follows it
It wasn't me! (well, actually, it probably was) - apparently no longer an 'elderly', now a 'senior'! Is that promotion?

I like it.
Yes, I heard/felt some sharp stuff early on. Is that bad? Well, if you only ever want easy feelings probably. Was that meant to be easy?? From the title, I would assume this was really your 'annoyance' that sets the title off.
I remember being told off for a shrill sound and too much compression on a piece called "Swamp Passage" which was somewhat like an audio version of Munch's "The Scream" painting. There was almost no compression on the piece and the screech was part of the story. I sent to Stav for his take, he got it the way I intended. I clearly got my scene & story right, not my bad if some didn't want to experience it.
Keep at it

A possible benefit of writing these longer, multi-sectioned pieces is that somebody, somewhere will enjoy parts of itfolderol wrote: Sun Jan 19, 2025 8:11 pm Another fan of the section from 4:11

Glad to hear it
I'm definitely not a fan of the media and advertising industries, certainly during the last 10-15 years, but probably for far longer than that. This track was a continuation of an infrequent series of "dissatisfaction" pieces. It was also a slight nod to/perversion of Mr. Leary's 1960s mantra.Benedict wrote: Mon Jan 20, 2025 5:29 am Yes, I heard/felt some sharp stuff early on. Is that bad? Some of those early sounds will certainly not be to everybody's taste, so the I dialled back some of the highs for this version (the earlier upload contained even more HF stuff), but didn't want to exorcise them completely, as they were a significant part of the storyline.Benedict wrote: Mon Jan 20, 2025 5:29 am I remember being told off for a shrill sound and too much compression on a piece called "Swamp Passage" which was somewhat like an audio version of Munch's "The Scream" painting.
