Having digital plops/clicks, RX7 doesnt always help -> RX11 better? any other issues?

hi guys,
i need to render some examples to show what i mean, but when im done with mixing and mastering i check my levels and my GR on the Limiter never exceeds -2 or -3 dB also it happens not at the same spots in a track, sometimes it happens on not busy spots.
I always listen in the night also through my headphones my exports, i do 5-10 exports of one finished track. there is nearly always some kind of artifact or whatever it is at some spot. i found out in the past some issues

- sidechain is too harsh/too fast and it clicks
- LFO Tool for example is not set correctly with smooth value
- too many elements at the same time fighting frequencies
- bass is too heavy

all basics and i found these issues within the last years but even if i cleaned things up i suddenly hear a small pop or click (sometimes the clicks happen when snare + hihat + kick clash together but not always in a song maybe 1-2 times and i dunno why not always....)

then I reach out to RX7 and check for de-click with various modes non-destructive but sometimes it isnt repairable even if it is small, and without headphones and nightsilence you might not hear it.

so i wonder, do you have this too?
what do you do then?
what could be the issues?
is RX7 maybe better in this repair scenario than RX11?

this drives me a bit nuts and sometimes i hear these artifacts (i dunno if these are really artifacts) on other releases on bandcamp, youtube etc. maybe people dont care or didnt hear it or im too sensitive? ;D

i really want to find out why this happens. I want to export 1-3 times and have not to worry about this. i sat yesterday in the night and was listening to 5 exports of the same song and 1 pop i could minimize and you dont hear it in a normal environment but if you know the spot and headphones you know it.
