Sadly not for launchkey mk3 owners or minikey owners or launchpad pro owners. I don’t know how I’m doing it, I even had the bess station from novation back then but I’m not eligible. I just don’t know what is the right gear to buy

I have close to $2,000 worth of Novation's products and yet I don't get it free either

I hope this is just the beginning and we will see a updated and better V-Station, Mini/Ultra Nova or the older novas

I don't see that synth as necessarily better than this one.

The Legend HZ surely has a much bigger feature set, and that's what I was pointing at. I just took that one as an example. The BassStation has a pretty mediocre feature set in comparison. Even the X-mod functionality seems a bit of a waste in this case, as there is not that much to modulate to begin with.

Even Gforce has several plugins that have more bang for the buck. The MiniMonsta, Oddity 3, and OB-1 are the same list price as the BassStation.

Ah. That makes sense from that perspective. HZ definitely has a decent feature set.

I do think some of the Gforce synths list price would be better suited at $129 instead of $149+.

But who pays list price these days?!

In this case, the intro price should've been the regular price and the intro price should've been half of that.
At this price, it's a definite pass for me.
Of course, I still have the Novation version that while it works fine, never gets used. When I want something with that kind of bottom end punch, I generally load ACE or SubBoomBass first.

It was an attempt to get into the 303/acid dance market as I recall. Tho not a 303 replica, it was aimed at those sounds.

I love this vst, lot of sweet spots. Used to have an afx Bass Station 2, I liked that. Exotic and random sounds, maybe Gforce can explore that new direction too.

Back to the vst, really love the sound... I can't justify another purchase now but I will try to make the most out of the demo period.
Bones are you here, did you try it, what are your thoughts about this one?
