These things are typically generated from randomly scraped data and augmented with AI generated BS. No human has ever seen or reviewed that info before it goes online. Don't believe anything from such sites without checking twice or more.ssec wrote: Wed Jan 22, 2025 11:37 am Is this real? Up-to-date? They definitely do not have 1k+ employees....

So big ones are leaving too - what about Lenovo, Nvidia and VMware?jcq wrote: Wed Jan 22, 2025 3:45 pm 1 month ago Asus US was using DR for selling Notebook, now i can see they changed to Affirm ...

It looks like AVID left recently. They are listed on the Digital River website, but if you search "AVID Digital River", there are a couple search results on avid.com where DR used to be listed and no longer is.

VMware left beginning of January. It looks like most vendors left by now, I can't find any major stores using DR, only some old websites that are no longer maintained with old links not updated.

I checked the first 50 websites that Google displayed for the query:
And indeed all of them changed their payment processor except: https://simplemind.eu/
Simple mind, ya.
Code: Select all

I also checked with a backlink checker, and it seems there are still some people holding onto hope:
Code: Select all
https://www.sap.com/products/technology-platform/crystal-reports.html
https://www.wisecleaner.com/download.html
https://cadsofttools.de/pdf-to-dwg-online-converter/limit/

Nice find! But I think most are out of date URLs....buttermilk wrote: Thu Jan 23, 2025 6:08 am I also checked with a backlink checker, and it seems there are still some people holding onto hope:

This one for instance https://www.wisecleaner.com/download.html has been replaced by a brand new store with 2checkout: https://www.wisecleaner.com/order.html
I think when large customers started leaving DR in 2024, that's when it all went bad.

By the way, there are now lots of accounts closed and been told they will be paid the remaining balance in 180 days. Personally I do not think there will be any money left by then
But you never know

Well - in this case DR will face bankruptsy for sure soon.ssec wrote: Wed Jan 22, 2025 9:55 pm VMware left beginning of January. It looks like most vendors left by now, I can't find any major stores using DR, only some old websites that are no longer maintained with old links not updated.
No merchants, no income, no earnings, no money.
Which means our money will be gone.
For those who closed the account and were told they'll get their money in 180 days: dream on...
I'd rather like to see someone buy DR's core since the platform itself was very mature (compared to other MoRs) and worked flawlessly for decades until this Kasoff stepped in. It would be a pity to lose good technology programmed by capable programmers only because of horrible management...

When you have control panel access then you can still refund orders and take away money from them.
That's what I did long time ago. Also got the stupid 180 days email. But there is no balance anyway on my account.
I owe them some money after the refunds. But their system is probably not prepared to send proper invoices. Let's see.

This Kasoff probably thought he's unbelievably clever by simply declaring merchant depts no longer to be recognized as valid obligations to collect money - since this dumb idi**t probably thought he's the only MoR in the market or KYC at other MoRs would take months to complete as at Digital Ripper and so no merchant would be able to leave Digital River in the short run. Then everyone has left and found a new MoR within less than a month. Income gone. Kasoff definitely is the dumbest CEO of all times... he's earned another certificate for this
