I've used the same email address for years and years. There was no attempt to contact me.
It's tragic to see such pathetic tactics to charge for AI 'support'.

In an ideal world they could have told us they're winding down MyCommerce, and gave us some time to organise a way out without losing too much money.
But of course companies don't do that, do they! That would be far too civil and share-holders won't like that.

The remaining staff member at MyCommerce turned the lights out for last time... .. .

I think pretty much everyone here, since a good while already - some left already in September of last year. Nobody here sells via Digital River anymore. We're just awaiting and fighting for the owed money to be paid, which ranges from a few 10k up to one million.

Alternatives discussed here are e.g. FastSpring, 2checkout, PayPro Global, Paddle. Cleverbridge, Moonbase, BMT Micro, Lemon Squeeze - there are lots of alternatives

We neither didn't terminate the account, nor did we issue refunds.
We still had all products listed ready for sale if linked. Now Digital River too has removed all these products, without asking us about it. All purchase links are dead.

Interesting. We have estimated -30% with PayPro Global and we have no explanation why this is.

It was mentioned before.... end of January they would close down. Not just MyCommerce, it's going to be the whole DR, if not immediately, soon afterwards. They just have super shit management who has no idea what to do to save what value was still there.... their curriculum confirms this. lesson learnt. Don't use MoR if possible, if you must, use multiple ones and be ready to switch on short term.

DR you are NOT "facilitating transactions" , you are the MoR , you are selling vendors' products and services for which you haven't paid since July for many vendors. And you still haven't paid.
