One Synth Challenge #191: Zebralette by u-he (exponent1 Wins!)

It's not my birthday, but today is indeed ten years since I made my first post on KVR -- that was while submitting to OSC#71 (U-he's Hive 1). So at this moment it's easy to calculate that I've made an average of 6.9 posts per year, and I've submitted to OSC at the incredible average rate of once every two years. (Incredibly slowly, that is...)

Zebralette was one of the first soft synths that I used. I had no idea what I was doing with it, but it was fun anyway. So not much has changed! I found something that I had started way back then and have developed it into this piece.

most of the EQ and delay and panning was done within the instrument

Clipping by KClip Zero

Hi guys here is my track for the month called Rainy Summer Day. While I am very happy with what I ended up with it has been a bit of a rush to complete after being in hospital for the last week.
I used 12 instances of Zebralette using Ableton Live 11 on Windows 10 and the following effects.
Drum Buss, Eq Eight, Color Limiter, Glue compressor, Reverb, Utility, Random, Auto Filter, Delay, Note Length, LFO, Compressor, Ozone Imager 2, Youlean loudness meter 2

It also doesn't show up for me. Maybe enable app playback is disabled in the track's settings in SoundCloud? ... when it gets updated, this track is gonna be plastered all over this thread!

App playback is enabled, direct downloads are enabled. I feel like this happened once to me a long time ago and it eventually resolved itself, but it was so long ago I don't remember. I'm guessing it's something weird on Soundcloud's end?

Edit: Okay, Soundcloud is DEFINITELY acting weird for me. It's auto-changed my "Release Date" for the song multiple times to random dates, and I keep changing it to Jan 31 and it keeps changing to some other date. WTF.

Just add your handle, country and city and/or state (if relevant).
I will run the sheet through a script that places the names on a map.

I'm really sorry to hear about your wife being in the hospital. I truly hope she has a speedy recovery, and that her return home brings you both much joy and inspiration for the next challenge.

Thanks, She has MS so there is always something going on. She is coming home from the hospital today.

Hey Frank. Sorry to hear this. My wife also has MS. Her life turned around about 5 years ago when she read a book by Terry Wahls. She is now healthy enough to go back to uni and start a new career. I can't believe it! I thought she would get worse and worse, but she's got a lot better!
