Reason may not have video natively but there are ways to do the video sync thing and once that is set up, Reason is a joy to use for scoring because it is so clean and simple as well as the sound design potential (incl lovely Automation).
While I admit that film scoring is all but dead on the small-mid end of things with lazy directors using lieberry, and worse AI, to garbage up their #metoo abominations, if you are looking to do something there this gives an overview (mindset) that will work anywhere.
