Is there any free alternative to Captain Plugins Bundle?

May be someone knows any open source project trying to replicate functionality of the above mentioned bundle or can recommend "seperate plugins" that do the same job.

You can replicate the functionality and more for free by learning to write music and practicing it often, and/or by experimenting with the piano roll in your daw. Knowledge is fairly open source.
