FL Studio hangs on load or create projects. It is always at the point where the information panel says Opening: Fruity Limiter
I have not been able to open it for a while now, this happens every time.
Seems like about a month. I don't get down into the studio much this winter.
Version: flstudio_win64_24.2.1.4526
Also downgraded to flstudio_win64_24.2.0.4503 but same problem
System: MS Surface Studio 2+
32 gig RAM
Core i7-2870 HQ quad-core @ ~4gig
Gforce GTX 1070
OS: Windows 11
My filesystem is bone stock, with all default directory paths.
Thank you for your time,
-Gabriel
quick edit: if i open "empty" or 808 without limiter, it loads. *shrug*
Still, anything I've done with the limiter on the master is not loading.
"Opening: Fruity Limiter" forever...

You can solve this by removing the limiter from the project.
Go to help -> diagnostic -> Fix FL studio song project.
You will then be able to remove the specific plugin (limiter, in this case).
I know it doesn't solve the actual issue with the limiter, but at least you can open the projects by removing it. You can also remove the limiter from being automatically added to new projects in the settings.
