He has a forum here on KVR. You should post there - viewforum.php?f=309
I'm not a subscriber, so I only got 9 emails.
I'm sure this was a mistake/glitch/misconfiguration.

Oh dang. Did HoRNet have a sale or something? Gee, I hope I didn't miss it. Who knows if/when they'll have another.
(Haha I do love some of their products, tho.)

Pretty funny, over the Xmas period (I unsubscribed a long time ago), there were some kind of error with their mailing system. I was unfortunately resubscribed. I don't mind much, I don't use their products now but the guys seem to be really nice and supportive.

Hi sorry everyone for the emails. it all boils down to the same issue we had earlier with the crash of the mail server. yesterday we restarted it and a bunch of stuck email all of sudden were sent so some customers got a lot of emails at once with old and expired offers.
I apologise once again gain

It's all a bit counter-productive really. I typically receive between 10 and 15 emails a week from Hornet. Needless to say I've marked them as spam. Surely a single weekly email digest would be preferable as I know I'd be happy to accept them on that basis.

No company should send more than one email ad per week, IMO, but definitely never more than one in a day. Let me know about the sale or new product once.

I counted how many emails I received in January, and it was 48, but I might have deleted a few. So let's say around 55 in total. That would make it 1.7+ per day, which aligns with my own perception.
This is, of course, too many, and I agree that a weekly email digest would be preferable. But I like Saverio, he seems like a nice and honest guy, so I'm not too bothered by the number of emails I receive. It's rather to his disadvantage that I end up not reading them.

I understand that it was a server issue or something but I still unsubscribed after receiving seven emails within a few minutes the other day. Way too many emails to the point where it feels like spam.

I have had more problems with Hornet than any other developer. Buggy plugins that cause big time DAW crashes, coupled with way too many updates and emails.
