Ive recorded some chords using the Jun-6V in Logic Pro, you can hear the sound change every time I hit playback, what settings in the Jun-6 V do I need to change to resolve this?

Could be a mod setting (LFO2) in the Advanced section, or 'Poor' voice calibration setting in the options beneath the Arturia logo.

The S&H LFO is modding the VCF but it's set to lowest rate and s&h mode so it's not resetting once the transport starts. Set the LFO > MOD slider to the minimum in the VCF section, so the LFO won't change the filter position, then adjust the VCF CUT slider to your preference. You could also increase the rate on the lfo, or change it's mode and set it to retrigger for something more predictable, depends what sound you are after of course.
