Lost in Synths – Need a Starting Point for This Texture Sound

Hello everyone,
I'm currently working on a song and used a sample for a certain sound. However, I'd like to recreate it myself using MIDI and instruments. Since working with synths is still relatively new to me, I'm feeling a bit lost.
Can you give me a starting point?
I assume it's some kind of pluck synth and an arpeggiator and a moving filter? I’d probably add the panning movement using PanMan.
Thank you in advance for all tips.

No it don’t have to be exactly. ! I just want to capture the main character of the sound.

I hear a delay in there. Sounds like a pitched up Taiko pluck with an arp underneath. I think the delay wash is creating the 'texture'.

I'm attaching a Vital preset that uses a similar technique to creating this sort of sound.
The notes are locked to a certain scale but the spreed and the random is randomizing the octave, pluck frequency or speed, volume, panning and even the waveform (although your example might just be saw plucks)
In your case I would see which of the notes are louder and quieter that you really need for your song/sound and recreate it with midi but it gives a good idea where to start.
I recreated it from some guy off youtube but cant remember who it was. Wish I could give him credit.
